  2. Get 3 cubes of maggi.
  3. Take 3 pieces of Red pepper(attarugu).
  4. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Get of Vegetable oil.
  6. Get 1 of medium size onion.

  2. Put them all together in the blender and blend. Add Maggi, salt and mix them thoroughly. Put your frying pan on cooker and pour the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, use tablespoon to pour the batter in the hot oil to fry & turn the other side so that it will be fried too..
  3. When both sides are well fried. Remove the cake from the frying pan to a colender to drain the oil. Your Kosai is ready..uhmmm yummy😋.

Akara is a common street food found in some West African countries and Brazil. There are variation to akara depending on the geographic location and persona. Bean cakes/bean balls/bean fritas/akara is a Nigerian food made from beans puree, spiced with pepper and onions and deep fried to perfection.
