Reduce the flame to the low-medium now & maintain this, throughout until the Doras are all fried/cooked…Allow its one side to get cooked for a couple of mins time & you’ll notice certain bubbles formations on it- Flip it over onto its other side & let this side be cooked too, for another one minute or so- Transfer it to a separate plate.
Once all are done cooking- It’s now time to assemble it with its fillings- On your work station or the platform (cleaned hygienically) Spread each time- One piece, apply a generous amount of the prepared filling on the one & cover it up with the other one- Follow the same procedures for the remaining Doras- Now, in order to showcase the very fillings…..
Cut a couple of them from its middle…Arrange & Assemble accordingly & then, transfer it directly to the serving plates/platters…. Enjoy.
